Saudi, Iranian FMs discuss regional escalation amid ongoing tensions

Saudi and Iranian foreign ministers held talks on the recent regional escalation and efforts to address it, per the Saudi Foreign Ministry. This follows a pattern of Saudi-Iranian dialogue since their 2023 rapprochement, but the timing suggests a response to heightened regional instability.
