IS-linked suspects detained or charged in six countries since late September

Between September 25 and October 8, authorities in Europe, Turkey, Georgia, and Israel detained or charged Islamic State-linked suspects across eight cases, including dismantling a criminal network and disrupting a poison-and-explosives plot. The geographic spread and variety of plots indicate a persistent, decentralized IS threat, though the operational significance of each case remains unclear.
