Russian forces tighten encirclement of Ukrainian units in Kharkiv region

Russian 'North' group claims to be tightening the encirclement of Ukrainian forces in northeast Kharkiv, expanding the outer control zone and fighting to liberate Varvarovka, Lobanovka, and Reznikovo. The claim is unverified and comes from the Russian Ministry of Defense, with no independent confirmation. This indicates continued active combat in the area, potentially signaling a shift in local momentum.
