Russia Claims Encircling Ukrainian Forces in Northeast Kharkiv Region

Russian MoD reports its 'North' group is tightening an encirclement of Ukrainian units in northeast Kharkiv and expanding its control zone. This is a Russian claim, unverified by independent sources, indicating continued offensive pressure in the area. If confirmed, it would mark a significant tactical setback for Ukraine in a region that has seen heavy fighting.
