Belarusian Foreign Minister Maxim Ryazankov announced readiness to restore military communication channels with NATO and met with Polish FM Radoslaw Sikorski, signaling a potential thaw in relations. This marks a notable shift from Belarus's previous alignment with Russia, though the proposal's sincerity and concrete outcomes remain uncertain. The move could affect regional security dynamics in Eastern Europe.
