Poland-Belarus relations thaw as Minsk releases political prisoner Poczobut

Polish FM Sikorski notes a slight thaw in Poland-Belarus relations following Belarus's release of political prisoner Andrzej Poczobut, a demand Poland had made. The release signals a potential shift in Minsk's posture, though the broader context of strained ties and ongoing repression remains. This development could ease regional tensions but is unlikely to fundamentally alter the adversarial dynamic.
