Cuenca opens first Monay–IESS distributor overpass, easing Cuenca–Azogues traffic

The first overpass of the Monay–IESS Distributor in Cuenca, Ecuador, is now operational for the Cuenca–Azogues direction, intended to streamline traffic flow. The project is part of a larger distributor system; full completion and impact remain to be assessed.
