Costa Rica to renovate Limón Airport for international flight capacity

The Ministry of Public Works and Transport (MOPT) plans to rehabilitate the runway and construct a new terminal at Limón Airport to facilitate direct flights from Miami and Mexico. The project will transition to a concession model alongside Liberia Airport, aiming to expand regional tourism and logistics infrastructure.
