Flash floods in northern Vietnam result in four fatalities and four missing

Severe flash flooding in northern Vietnam has caused at least four deaths and left four individuals missing. The event has resulted in localized infrastructure damage to power lines and roads, alongside the inundation of 238 hectares of agricultural land.
