Lindab acquires Italian ventilation control firm Aernova from Temperini family

Swedish ventilation group Lindab has agreed to acquire Italian company Aernova, a ventilation control specialist, from the Temperini family. The deal expands Lindab's product portfolio and European footprint. Financial terms were not disclosed, and the strategic rationale and expected synergies remain unclear.
