Hungarian prosecutors raid Fidesz party office to seize communication systems

Hungarian authorities have conducted multiple raids on Fidesz-linked data centers and offices in Budapest, seizing servers and communication systems as part of an ongoing corruption probe into alleged misappropriation of cultural funding. While the raids are confirmed, the specific legal basis for some seizures remains unconfirmed, and Fidesz alleges political motivation and unprecedented state interference. A separate, but similarly described, raid on a Fides party server center in Montenegro is also reported.
