Peru Executive branch seeks legislative powers to reform national labor regulations

The Peruvian government has requested a 120-day mandate from Congress to enact labor reforms affecting vacations, bonuses, and severance (CTS). The proposal remains subject to parliamentary approval and does not currently alter existing labor rights.
