Serbia's RIK Won't Open Diaspora Polling Stations Without Local SNS Voters

Serbian election official Alimpić states the Republic Electoral Commission (RIK) is not obligated to open polling stations abroad and will not do so where the ruling SNS party lacks local voter support. This follows organized diaspora interest in the upcoming extraordinary parliamentary elections, particularly in North America.
