German Jusos distance from Israel trip amid Hamas anniversary backlash

The Jusos, the youth wing of Germany's SPD, publicly distanced themselves from a delegation visit to Israel that was thanked by Israel's President on the anniversary of the Hamas massacre. The organization claims it did not support participation, signaling internal political friction over Israel policy within the SPD. This reflects ongoing intra-party tensions in Germany regarding Middle East stance.
