Seaplane crash near Sucia Island, Washington results in multiple injuries

A seaplane carrying 11 occupants performed an emergency water landing near Sucia Island after the pilot declared an in-flight emergency. The aircraft subsequently caught fire and partially submerged; the extent of injuries and the cause of the emergency remain under investigation.
