Explosive device wounds Jerusalem crime figure and son in targeted attack

Yitzhak Bar Mocha, a known figure in Jerusalem's criminal underworld, and his son were seriously injured by an explosive device this morning. The attack appears to be a targeted elimination attempt linked to his history of conflicts with former partners and Arab criminal elements. This marks an escalation in ongoing criminal violence in Jerusalem, with potential implications for public safety and law enforcement priorities.
