Greek Labor Inspectorate reports 25.6 million euros in fines for H1 2026

The Greek Labor Inspectorate conducted over 41,000 inspections in the first half of 2026, resulting in 8,690 sanctions and 25.6 million euros in fines. Enforcement efforts are concentrated on undeclared labor, working hour compliance, and the implementation of the Digital Work Card, particularly within the tourism and catering sectors.
