Gaza Palestinians on hunger strike in Brussels over visa delays

Five Palestinians from Gaza, including Odai Abed, have been on hunger strike in a Brussels church since mid-September to protest delays in Belgian visa processing; over 1,850 people with visas are reportedly waiting to join Belgium. Several strikers have been hospitalized after consuming only water and salt. The action highlights the plight of Gazans seeking refuge and the slow pace of family reunification, though the number of affected individuals is small.
