Typhoon Dujuan approaches Tokyo, Japan orders evacuations

Typhoon Dujuan is confirmed to be approaching Japan's eastern coast, threatening Tokyo and Yokohama with heavy rain, strong winds, flooding, and landslides. The Japan Meteorological Agency (JMA) has issued a second-highest landslide warning for the Izu Islands and advised residents to evacuate. The storm has already caused widespread disruption, including hundreds of flight cancellations and warnings of record rainfall.
