Transire acquires Getnet logistics unit Mobyan to expand service infrastructure

Payment terminal manufacturer Transire has acquired Mobyan, the logistics arm of fintech Getnet, marking the company's first-ever acquisition. The deal integrates Mobyan into Transire's logistics subsidiary, Alya, and is pending regulatory approval from Brazil's Cade. The move significantly scales Transire's field service and distribution network across the country.
