Dominican Republic launches fifth edition of diaspora short film contest

The Institute of Dominicans and Dominican Women Abroad (INDEX) launched the fifth edition of the 'Huellas de mi Quisqueya' short film contest to promote audiovisual talent among Dominicans abroad and strengthen cultural ties.
