Slovak prosecutor drops murder charges against Vranov nad Topľou man due to insanity

A 35-year-old man accused of murdering three family members in January has had his criminal prosecution terminated. Authorities determined the suspect was legally insane at the time of the act, rendering him not criminally responsible under Slovak law.
