Romanian President signs decrees appointing nearly 300 new magistrates

President Nicușor Dan has formalized the appointment of approximately 300 judges and prosecutors following the completion of their capacity examinations. This influx of personnel is intended to address staffing shortages within the Romanian judiciary effective August 1, 2026.
