Budimex reportedly mulls acquisition of Czech infrastructure firm OHLA ŽS

Czech media report that Polish construction group Budimex is among candidates to acquire OHLA ŽS, a major Czech road and rail infrastructure contractor. The deal is unconfirmed and at speculation stage. If completed, it would expand Budimex's regional footprint in Central European infrastructure markets.
