Eight Brussels municipalities increase property tax rates for 2026

Eight municipalities in the Brussels-Capital Region have raised their additional centimes, resulting in higher property tax bills for residents. While the tax burden is increasing, the regional 'Be Home' bonus for owner-occupiers remains available to partially offset costs, with scheduled increases through 2027.
