SBU: 351 Ukrainian minors recruited by Russia for sabotage since war start

Ukraine's SBU reports that Russian special services have recruited 351 Ukrainian teenagers for arson, bomb-making, and sabotage, with 80% motivated by money. Eight minors are currently imprisoned.
