Strohm to deploy ultra-deepwater TCP flowline off Brazil in early 2027

Strohm, a Dutch TCP manufacturer, will pilot an ultra-deepwater thermoplastic composite pipe flowline off Brazil in early 2027 under a joint industry program. The deployment tests TCP viability in ultra-deepwater, potentially expanding subsea infrastructure options. Success could reduce reliance on steel risers and lower costs for deepwater fields.
