University research project preserves Criolla cattle breed in Argentina

The Universidad de Lomas de Zamora is showcasing five Criolla cattle at the Exposición Rural as part of a genetic conservation project. The initiative aims to preserve the breed's unique environmental adaptation traits, which were historically developed on remote Patagonian islands.
