Ukrainian troops report Russian drones too fast to intercept in Pavlograd

Ukrainian soldiers from the 'Shkval' regiment complain that Russian UAVs attacking Pavlograd are too fast to shoot down, according to TASS. This is a tactical battlefield report from a Russian state source, unverified independently. It suggests a potential shift in Russian drone tactics or technology, but the claim is one-sided and lacks corroboration.
