Costa Rica: PANI-UNICEF survey to assess child rights situation

PANI and UNICEF launched a nationwide survey of nearly 4,000 households in Costa Rica to assess living conditions and rights of children and adolescents. The survey aims to generate updated data for policy planning. This is a routine data-collection effort, not an emergency response.
