RTBF strike notice filed by CGSP/CSC; Monday programming mostly intact

Belgian public broadcaster RTBF faces a strike notice filed jointly by CGSP and CSC unions, with limited expected disruption on Monday. The show 'On n'est pas des pigeons' will be replaced by a 'best of', but other programming is expected to continue. This is a routine labor action with minimal operational impact.
