Feather in Dinosaur Feces Offers Clues to Cretaceous Extinction Selectivity

Paleontologists found a feather preserved in 66-million-year-old dinosaur coprolite, possibly from a young T. rex or Nanotyrannus. The find may help explain why some species survived the end-Cretaceous mass extinction. The hypothesis is preliminary and based on a single specimen.
