USS Abraham Lincoln Strike Group Fires 450 Tomahawks in 40-Day Iran War

Pentagon chief Pete Hegseth confirmed at a San Diego ceremony that the USS Abraham Lincoln carrier strike group launched 450 Tomahawk missiles at Iranian targets over 40 days of combat. This confirms a major US military operation against Iran, though the timeline and scope of the conflict remain unclear. The scale of munitions expended indicates a sustained campaign, likely with significant strategic implications for the region.
