Bolivia expands Bono PEPE II cash transfers to six vulnerable groups

Bolivia's government announced expansion of the Bono PEPE II cash transfer program to include children and adolescents in care centers and penitentiaries, in addition to pregnant women, disabled persons, elderly without retirement, and parents of students.
