Belgrade Kalenić market renovation costs face scrutiny over lack of planned garage

The Center for Local Self-Government reports that the reconstruction of Belgrade's Kalenić market is projected to be the most expensive in Europe despite the omission of a planned parking garage. It remains uncertain if the project's final budget will be adjusted or if the current cost estimates reflect mismanagement of public funds.
