Georgian ports Kulevi and Batumi allegedly facilitating Russian oil exports to EU

A report by the Centre for Research on Energy and Clean Air (CREA) alleges that Georgian ports are exploiting regulatory loopholes to export €1.2 billion in refined fuels containing Russian oil to the EU.
