Main suspect in Olt River murder arrested in absentia, believed in Hungary

Romanian authorities have issued an in-absentia arrest warrant for the primary suspect in the murder of a young woman found in the Olt River. The suspect, the victim's boyfriend, is believed to have fled to Hungary. The case is developing as extradition proceedings may follow.
