Romgaz to distribute 600 million lei in dividends; Neptun Deep subsidiary capital increased

Romgaz shareholders will receive a dividend payout of 0.1538 lei per share, totaling 600 million lei. Concurrently, the company is increasing the capital of its Neptun Deep project subsidiary by 800 million dollars to support ongoing offshore gas development.
