Russian authorities arrest three suspects for 25 million ruble coffee investment fraud

Russian law enforcement arrested three individuals in Moscow and St. Petersburg for operating a fraudulent investment scheme disguised as a coffee production business. The suspects allegedly solicited loans from citizens under the guise of high-interest returns with no intention of fulfilling contractual obligations.
