Severe weather persists in São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro following cold front

Strong winds and cloudy conditions are forecast to continue across coastal São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro on Thursday, following a cold front that resulted in five fatalities. While conditions are improving in Rio Grande do Sul, the persistence of high winds in the Southeast remains a localized risk to infrastructure and public safety.
