Chubut PJ President's Sister Charged in $59M Social Housing Fraud

Vanesa Elizabeth Fita, sister of the Chubut PJ president, is accused of leading a gang that defrauded 594 victims in a social housing scam, causing an estimated $59.4 million in damages. She allegedly claimed to act under the protection of former governor Mariano Arcioni. The Prosecutor's Office has requested sentences of 6 to 8 years.
