Kashmiri filmmaker detained by ICE en route to panel discussion

Arfat Sheikh, 42, director of Saffron Kingdom, was detained by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) while traveling to an 'art as resistance' panel discussion. He was scheduled to appear before an immigration judge on Tuesday. The detention raises questions about the administration's enforcement priorities and potential political motivations, though details remain limited.
