Venezuelan government initiates housing reconstruction and rental law reform

Vice President Delcy Rodríguez oversaw the delivery of 240 homes to families displaced by recent seismic activity. The administration has committed to delivering 4,000 units by year-end and 10,000 by 2027, while simultaneously proposing amendments to the Leasing Law to stimulate the rental market.
