Croatian employers say young engineers lack soft skills; FER pilot project launched

A survey by FER (University of Zagreb Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computing) of over 60 organizations reveals that employers value soft skills in young engineers as much as technical knowledge. FER is launching a pilot project to address this gap, indicating a shift in engineering education priorities in Croatia.
