Former Uberlândia Mayor Odelmo Leão dies at 80

Odelmo Leão, a prominent Brazilian politician who served four terms as mayor of Uberlândia and five terms as a federal deputy, has died at age 80. The municipal government has declared seven days of official mourning in response to his passing.
