Zelensky links Ukraine elections to Putin's acceptance of 60-day ceasefire

In an ABC News interview, Zelensky proposed holding Ukrainian elections if Russia agrees to a 60-day ceasefire, linking domestic political process to a potential truce. This marks a conditional offer that could test Russia's willingness to de-escalate, though Moscow's response is uncertain. The proposal may signal a shift in Ukraine's negotiating stance, potentially opening a path to conflict resolution.
