Slovakia signs memorandum to transform Banská Bystrica hospital into medical research hub

The Slovak Ministry of Health and local authorities have formalized a plan to convert the F. D. Roosevelt University Hospital into a center for medical innovation and education. The project includes repurposing the existing facility into residential housing for medical staff and families following the relocation of clinical services.
