Albania reports 7.5% increase in new business registrations for H1 2026

Albania's National Business Center recorded 11,567 new business registrations in the first half of 2026, a 7.5% year-on-year increase. Notably, fully foreign-owned entities surged by 35.7%, reflecting intensified efforts to attract external capital in the tourism, property, and logistics sectors ahead of projected EU accession.
