Inocar confirms no tsunami threat to Ecuador following 7.3 magnitude Mexico earthquake

Ecuador's Oceanographic and Antarctic Institute (Inocar) has officially canceled tsunami observation status for the Ecuadorian coast. The assessment confirms that the 7.3 magnitude seismic event in Mexico does not generate a tsunami threat for the region.
