APN finalizes tenant selection for multi-year rental program

The Croatian Agency for Transactions and Mediation in Immovable Properties (APN) has finalized its tenant list, initiating the contract signing and move-in phase. Property owners will receive 60 percent of the total multi-year rent upfront, with the balance due at the midpoint of the contract term.
